Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at House of Shops.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 15 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase to the seller directly.
The seller's address should be in the on the invoice attached to the purchase. If not, please contact us immediately. You can also find the vendor's email address in the Store Directory on the House of Shops homepage.
In the case of reimbursement, each vendor is responsible for refunding the customer when they have received the returned product, within the specified timeframe and according to the conditions set out above.
Following this, proof of the refund should be sent by the vendor to House of Shops and we will then reimburse 10% of the commission fee to the vendor within 10 days, the remaining 5% being retained by us to cover our original costs. We are happy to offer assistance if required.
We remind you that we can not guarantee that the seller will accept the return or refund. House of Shops can not be held responsible for its decision. If a dispute arises, House of Shops will try to reconcile each party. In the event of a conciliation failure, each party shall be free to refer the dispute to the competent legal authorities. House of Shops shall not be held liable for any such dispute.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
The Buyer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to the vendor.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
What you can’t send back
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:
Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by the seller to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics
Experience Vouchers (see Terms & Conditions for further information regarding vouchers)
Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken.
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.
